    Hello,

    I have a laptop with with 3D Viewer and WebP image extension. I want to update these apps to patch, however it is not possible to connect this laptop to the internet. I've tried to look for standalone updates for these apps, however I always get redirect to the app store so I'm not sure if it's even possible to update them without the Windows Store.

    Hi,

    A corrupted Windows Store cache is one of the possible reasons why you're unable to see some applications in the store. With that, we suggest that you run the
    Windows App Troubleshooter to repair or scan an applications from the Windows Store.

    If the above steps didn't work for you, we then recommend that you perform
    Windows Store Reset    . To do so, follow the steps below:

    • Press the Win+R keys to open the Run dialog.
    • Type WSReset.exe, and click OK.

    Note: The WSReset tool resets the Windows Store without changing account settings or deleting installed apps.

    Issues with some windows store Apps.

    Thank you for getting back to us. We suggest that you reset your Windows Store. Resetting the Windows store will clear the cache and cookies of the said application. Please follow these steps:

    • Left click on the Start menu and look for "Run".
    • Type "wsreset.exe".

    We'll wait for your update.
