    the features I need are 1) bitlocker 2) group policy access.. 3) admin control..

    I know I cant get this without PRO thanks

    The only thing a regular user would want from Windows 10 Pro would be the ability to turn off Windows Update. But for this there is some registry tweak, if am not wrong. He will never need to connect to a domain, unless he takes it at work, let alone use the bitlock function etc. But we usually don't like limitations. If there is more, you want to have it. Probably Windows 10 Home is enough for most of us, but we envy the features of Pro, whether we need them or not. So if one want to have them all, he pays an extra $100 for the upgrade, to stay legit.

    By the way, are the upgrades separated in critical and optional as in earlier Windows versions? I didn't notice. And if they are, can you choose which ones to install or you are forced to install everything? Are Windows 10 Home users presented with optional updates or only the critical ones? How do you setup Windows Update to display the optional ones as well?
