Windows 10: is it safe to erase WIP type file?

Hello, i am confused with "other" folder in my laptop storage, it used 87.8 GB in total, and in that "other" folder, there is 1 folder named C:\Erase52.tmp using 81.8 GB, why it using so much space storage in my laptop?, i want to delete this C:\Erase52.tmp folder, but i am scared it is important, because when i check into that folder, there are files with WIP type in it. The file named are combination of alphabet and number like BA089077.wip or B78F7112.wip with size 1 GB each file. what should i do with it?

WIP files are generally associated to software to wipe the free space on the hard drive, have you ever user Eraser or CyberScrub to wipe the space on your drive?

Thank you for the screenshot, there is absolutely no reference t that folder or those files anywhere, those files are definitely not related to your Windows installation, so if you have all your personal files on your PC available to you, then you can safely delete that folder
