Windows 10: Is it safe to run this bat file?

First things first: What is the contents of the batch file?

Second step: What do you see when you run the batch file from a Command Prompt (cmd.exe)?

Don't have a bat file but step 4 in Option 2 will give you complete list and you can mod yours.

Does anything happen when you double click a Bat file, bat files should run by default on any new PC, are you running any 3rd party security software that may be stopping the execution of bat files?

If not, click the link below, then on that page, scroll down to the Table in Option 2

Find BAT on that table and click that to download a reg file. When the file downloads, right click the file and choose Merge, then confirm the merge

Then restart your PC and you should be able to execute batch files . . .
