    So I have several related questions on my profile and if you don't have an answer to this question the other questions will certainly help you to understand. So it is best to have a look. Now to the question should my hard disk really be damaged what else can I do?

    This is the error message that appears when I try to open videos or pictures of any kind. Even if I connect my mobile phone to open them on the PC, it does not work. Does this not disprove that the problem can actually be the hard disk. Since the pictures on the phone are memory. Also pictures which I have edited via Photoshop could not be opened. On the mobile phone however already
