Windows 10: Is Roblox Broken?

So I am a Roblox player and recently found out that Roblox is available for windows in the Store.I decided to Install it,Logged into my account and then when i clicked on the play button of any of the games,It crashes.No errors or any pop-ups appears,I have tried Re-Installing Roblox alot of times by now,None of the times did it change the outcome.I was a bit annoyed,So i decided to Re-Install windows aswell.I cleaned most of my PC with the reset this PC option.I thought maybe it's a System32 or Registry issue.Turns out,It's not.I tried to get it to work on my old Laptop and it worked.

Specs of Old Laptop:

Intel i5-3rd genI don't remember clearly what the model is.
Intel hd 4000 GPU

My current Laptop:

Intel Core m3-7y30CPU
Intel HD 615GPU​

I know that alot of people are having this bug cause i checked the reviews and even went to look on YouTube.Please if you can assist me in any way do so,But do note.I have tried: Re-registering/Resetting data/Changing Accounts/Re-installing.

Windows 10 Roblox problem

There are several reasons as to why you can't play Roblox on your computer. Windows Updates may affect the game not to play if your computer is not updated. To make sure that your Windows 10 is up to date, I suggest that you check for any Windows Update
by using this link as your guide.

In addition, make sure that Roblox is allowed to run on your Chrome by performing the following steps:

• Download Roblox and run its setup file.
• After the game has been installed, try to run it.
• You should get a message box saying “External Protocol Request”. Check
  Remember my choice for all links of this type and click Launch Application.

If the issue persists, I suggest that you use another web browser on your computer to check if that helps.

Roblox Error

• Are you installing the game from an app or a web browser?
• Have you installed the game on the same computer before?

ROBLOX error while installing

• Does this work on previous operating system?
• How are you trying to use this? Is it through Browser or App?

I would suggest you to install ROBLOX in a compatibility mode and check if it helps.

Here are the steps:

a. Download the latest Application from the manufacturer’s website.

b. Right-click on the app setup file and click on ‘properties’.

c. Click on the ‘compatibility’ tab and check the box ‘Run this program in compatibility mode for’
and select Windows 8/8.1 operating system from the drop down menu and proceed with the installation.

Once this is done, restart the computer and check if the issue persists.
