Windows 10: Is running chkdsk enough to make sure data is not corrupted?

I have a Seagate 500GB USB HDD...I was downloading a file with google chrome into the drive and then suddenly my system crashed...I restarted the system and ran the following tests on the disk:

1 chkdsk G: /r

2 Seatools Short Drive Self Test.

3 Seatools Short Generic test.

1 Detected no bad sectors, it says this line at the end of the operation: Windows has scanned the file system and found no problems. No further action is required. here is the full report: https://pastebin.com/tqDLtWw5

2 and 3 also detected no errors and passed.

Is there still a chance my data is corrupted ?

It might be an error on the drive. We suggests that you follow the troubleshooting steps below:

• Run Disk Cleanup utility to clear your junk files.
• Open an elevated CMD type sfc /scannow and hit Enter to run the System File Checker.
  
• Once the scan is completed, restart your computer. Remember to exit ChkDsk
  during boot.
• Next, again open CMD as admin type
  Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth and hit Enter to repair the Windows image.
• Now see if ChkDsk able to complete the scan.

Note: Before doing the steps, make sure you save a back up of your files.

1. Are you trying to run a check disk on read only file or read and write file?

2. Are you trying to perform check disk from recovery environment

Please follow the below steps and check if it helps.

• Click the Start button, then click on
  Settings
• Then click on Update and Security, locate and select
  Recovery and click on Advance Startup.
• You will now enter the Windows Recovery Environment, once there click on
  Troubleshoot and then Advance Options.
• In advance options I would suggest you to go to command prompt and run the check disk and check if it helps.

Warning: Microsoft does not recommend interrupting the CHKDSK process. Microsoft does not guarantee the integrity of the disk if the CHKDSK program is interrupted .For
safety you can back up your data before using the check disk command.

Important: While performing chkdsk on the hard drive if any bad sectors are found on the hard drive when chkdsk tries to repair that sector if any data available on that might be
lost.
