Windows 10: Is the Disc Set of Microsoft Flight Sim 2020 even available in America?

I bought Microsoft Flight Sim 2020 two weeks ago, and haven't even been able to play it yet, due to a combination of my relatively slow internet and the horrible, horrible installation manager that the game has. I'm using the version from the Store, not Steam. I was wondering if the Disk Set that is available in Europe is available here If I were to ask. Also, where would I ask, Microsoft Support has no section pertaining to this, and the stuff that I have found has been just Bots with no idea what I'm talking about. It's a real shame to, because I've tried downloading this 6 times now, and I've finally only got 4 out of the 150 GB to go on this thing but it for some reason completely freezes my PC when it starts decompressing the final files. Any help with that would be appreciated, and any help possibly finding if there is a Disk Set for Americans.

Flight sim 2020

I get to a certain point and no further once I have downloaded the sim. For some reason, it doesn't appear I'm getting the entire program. I get the airplane and message to hit any key to continue. When I get a key the screen goes black and the wording stays
and the music continues to play but nothing more. I have uninstalled it three times.

Suggestions?

Microsoft Flight Sim 2020

I am in need of help. I have paid and downloaded through the Microsoft store the premier version of flight sim 2020. I was flying an aircraft and tried to follow a keyboard combination to predefine a camera view. I must have selected the wrong key combination
as all of a sudden the plane goes into some time of auto control for throttle and flying control. In otherword whenever i launch the program no matter what plane the plane starts accelerating down the run way and goes into the air. It won't accept any joystick
input (Saitek X-56). So i defaulted the settings for the sticks but no good. I unplugged the sticks and restarted flight using keyboard controls. Nothing. I uninstalled Flight through the start menu and reinstalled it. No luck.

I need help either to completely uninstall flight sim 2020 or find out what I did on accident that has screwed up this program. I believe the keys I hit were contrl/alt/x/1. I'm not positive but I think I did.

Could someone give me options on what to do? I need someone that knows windows well I i don't want to reinstall windows from scratch. Is there a way to completely uninstall flight sim 2020 completely and then try re-installing. I'm guessing the UNinstall
from the start menu doesn't completely remove all flight sim files.
