Windows 10: Is the Media Feature Pack available for Windows 10 Mobile?

First of all, this is my first post in this forum so I'm sorry if this is the wrong place for this post.

I would like to know if the Media Feature Pack is available for Windows 10 Mobile, and if it exists, then I'd like information on how I could install it on my Lumia 640.

Where is the media feature pack for windows 10 1709

My update Window shows me that i have installed Media Feature Packages according to your link. ( 1709 version )

Unfortunately it turns out that there is nothing installed on my hard drive. I was trying to find mfplat.dll file in Windows folders at it haven't helped at all. I have constantly the same error missing mfplat.dll when I'm trying to execute for example Fifa.

Media Feature Pack is only available for N editions of Windows desktop operating systems, for computers (desktops, laptops, notebooks, and tablets using full Windows 10 instead of Windows 10 Mobile).
