Windows 10: Is the windows 10 I have downloaded came from Microsoft and is it genuine?

I have crashed my PC so I have downloaded Media Creation tool 1803 online. How do I know that the one I have downloaded online is genuine and really came from Microsoft.


I click windows logo +R and it gave me this: Version 1803 OS Build 17134.376. Is this version came from Microsoft?

Windows 10 forced download

I actually had a client call yesterday with an email problem. when I tried walking him through some steps, he says "Yeah, I don't see that there, but I think it's because it's updated to windows 10. It did that a few weeks ago. I came back in on Monday, and it said Welcome to Windows 10"..... I think I'd throw the computer out the window.
