Windows 10: is there a free way to switch from windows 10pro 32bit to a 64bit

Discus and support is there a free way to switch from windows 10pro 32bit to a 64bit in Windows 10 Drivers and Hardware to solve the problem; my processor is 64 but running 32 how can I change that? preferably for free??...     my processor is 64 but running 32 how can I change that? preferably for free??

    windows 10 pro 32bit

    Just purchased windows 10pro from on line store, on installing a clean version of windows 10pro I was not given the option of 32bit or 64bit install but on finishing update found system was down graded to 32bit. Now I am unable to install some of my programs
    which require a 64bit system how do I up grade to 64bit 10 pro. Programs on my pc were happily working window 8 64bit before upgading

    Have a 64bit PC with a
    32bit OS.

    Can I upgrade this way to 64bit OS?

    First a 32bit upgrade and
    then a clean install with 64bit
    OS.
