Windows 10: Is there a way to make a Windows 10 laptop with internal battery enter sleep mode...

My workspace is a positive-pressure office in an area for potential explosive gases. If our positive pressure is lost, AC power to the office is immediately shut down to prevent gases being exposed to power sources. With that said, regulations state that ALL devices must shut down immediately. Since it is almost impossible any more to find laptop computers with removable batteries, is there a way to make a Windows 10 laptop enter sleep mode immediately not after 1 minute as in power settings when AC power is interrupted?

Laptop Battery

You might have to re-calibrate the battery, some times the option is in the bios, or an application in windows. another way is to talk the battery out of the laptop and leave it out 10-15 mins, this usually reset the the internal power manager.

 

Toshiba Laptop Not Holding Battery Charge

attached is a pic of the internal of the laptop there does NOT appear to be a CMOS battery what should my next steps be? - fully charge existing battery and see if i remove it and install back teh next day whether its still fully charged? - charge the battery for 18 hours to charge the internal CMOS battery? - suggestions please as Im not sure

 

LAPTOP NOT ENTERING INTO SLEEP MODE

I am experiencing a sleep problem with my laptop. Whenever I attempt to put it in sleep mode, it only gets locked and doesn't actually enter sleep mode. It remains active and only becomes locked, failing to enter sleep mode. Additionally, the power button light doesn't blink as it should in sleep mode; instead, it remains steady.
