Windows 10: Is there a way to make Desktop+Toolbar icons bigger+more Win 7style?

I hate the flat style of Win 10 GUI.

Is there a way to make the desktop+toolbar icons bigger and more 3D-plastic/more Win 7 stylish?

What you are suggesting is just for making the size of the icons in windows explorer or desktop bigger or smaller. It does not help with increasing the size of text in menus, toolbars, browser etc. Right now my problem is with small text and icons in menus,
toolbars and browser menus. By default (100%) they are fixed on 9 points and you can not change them.

I might be able to help with part of that, if you right click on the task-bar, then click settings, you'll see a (partial) windows that looks like this:

Taskbar Buttons - Use Large or Small Size in Windows 10




As the on-image text admonishes, make sure "Use small taskbar buttons" is off. This offers larger icons that work much better for my old eyes, and maybe yours too. For other things to try, check out this CNET story: 10 ways to customize the taskbar in Windows 10 - CNET.
