Windows 10: Is there a way to make every IE tab display a new taskbar icon?

I am using Internet Explorer 11. I know there is a way to make every new instance of IE 11 create a new taskbar icon, but is there a way to make every new tab do the same thing? I would find that preferable over the hovering over one icon to see the different tab windows, to make them all appear on the task bar separately.

Is there a built-in way to do this, or a harder to find setting, or a registry edit. I haven't been able to find anything on the internet.

Is there any way to add a new display language to a Windows Phone 8?

You cannot add a new display language. The OEM/carrier decides what languages go on the phone. Some just leave all options, some remove them.

Regardless of display langauge, you can use all the keyboards and regional formats supported by Windows Phone. It's just display languages that are chosen by the OEM/carrier.

I have a Nokia Lumia 525 with the OS 8.0 and I've been trying to change the display language (Brazilian Portuguese to be exact). However it is not available as an option, only English, German and a few Asian languages. I've read in a few posts that it is the
carrier who chooses which languages come with the phone, however none of the posts give a hint or an idea if there is a possibility to add a new language. I find it absurd that there should be no way to add a new language.

So how can I add a new display language? If there is absolutely no way, I would like to know why.

And can we expect an update sometime in the future in which we will be allowed to download language packs?

Well no. You have to turn off tab browsing, spawn a new window like the olden days of yor.

 

In that case (since I pretty much figured on that myself at this point), is there a way to get new windows themselves to open in fullscreen? Like F 11?

I was going to make a different topic, but I think it would work here, unless somebody disagrees.
　
I'm trying to customize my browsing experience in a way that will make navigating a lot of windows more tolerable? I use fullscreen, however, and I need all of these windows in full screen. If I open a new instance of Internet Explorer 11, it will open in full screen (I used a registry edit to make it do such a thing). Is there a way that I can make all new windows opened open as a new session, or at least act as if it would, therefore allowing every new "window" to be browsed in a fullscreen mode?
