Windows 10: Is there a way to use the accent color on just one program (Windows Photo Viewer)?

I recently updated to 1903 and now Windows Photo Viewer has a very distracting bright white bar on the top and bottom. It used to be gray or something neutral before the update, not bright glaring white. That sticks out like an eyesore on the bottom, where it's so large.

I figured out I can change the color that shows on the bottom by using Window's accent color on "title bars and borders." But that affects all apps, start menu tiles, and font colors in Windows settings.

That's not what I want at all. I just want Windows Photo Viewer to use a neutral gray again on the bottom, without affecting anything else.

Is there any way to do this?

accent color

The accent color (primarily the red shades) are missing in window 10 and do not know why. Any suggestion how to get the original window 10 accent colors back? Thank you.

I have all the colors listed above. The shade of red is missing from above accent colors and is also missing from mine. I used to have the shade of red and like to get it back. I like to know how to update the driver of accent color in window 10.

How to get rid of raw file support in windows photo viewer?




I have downloaded this, and it did not work; photo viewer is not in the list of programs in Open With or Default App. I used option 2 step 3, followed by step 5 to 9.
