Windows 10: Is there a 'Wish List' to send to Microsoft?

Apart from sending feedback I wish there was a 'Wish List' if not has the Forum considered creating one.

My 'Wish List' would be as follows.

The ability to Scroll before you 'Snip' So that you can Scroll and Capture a greater area than you can see on the Screen.

Being able to Change the Colour and Rename the Tiles, that you 'Pin to Start'

Apart from that I'm loving Windows 10 and although I've been keeping my Web Sites on a spare Copy of Windows 7

Having given Windows 10 a really good work out, I've never had any problems and the Stability of the Platform is A1 to such an extent that I am about to also upgrade my spare Copy of Windows 7 to Windows 10.

Is there a way to Tag or add to a list in store

Hi, I haven't used store much, but exploring now as I am looking for games for my XBOX.

Is there a feature to add games/ apps I like to list so I can go though them and make a purchase decision latter.

Appreciate your help.

If there is no such feature, it is a good to have.

At the moment, this feature is not yet available. If you would like to see this feature in the coming updates, we recommend that you submit a report through our Feedback Hub and help us improve Windows.

To use the Feedback Hub app to report a problem, follow these steps:

• Search for “Feedback Hub” in Cortana search, then launch the app.
• Navigate to Feedback in the left menu, then press + Add new feedback.
• Select the Problem button, share any details you think are relevant, and choose an appropriate category and subcategory.
• Important: If possible, reproduce the problem(s) after clicking Begin monitoring (or Start capture) near the end of the form; Stop
  monitoring when you’re done.
• Once you’ve completed the form and monitoring, click Submit.
• Click Continue using Feedback Hub.
• Click My feedback at the top, then find the item you submitted. (It may take a while to appear.)
• Open the item you submitted, then click Share.
• If you also posted in a forum thread, you can click Copy link, and paste the link in your response. (It will look like URL Manager<unique link>)

Only Free for 15 days and its not something I'd use that often, I'd rather it came in the form of an update on Windows 10 but thanks all the same.
