Windows 10: Is there an app that can Microsoft Photo Gallery?

The absolute worst thing Microsoft has ever done is to stop supporting Microsoft Photo Gallery. I created folders for each year, then within that year I created 12 different months, then I was able to copy/paste photos within the year/month and day. It was a fantastic system. Now all I have is Pictures and dates are all mingled within the month. When I have many, many photos within a month, it takes me forever to find a specific photo. Is there a comparable Microsoft app like Microsoft Photo Gallery?

Photo Gallery Missing Files

we're almost there...yes!!
windows 2012 essential, installed all correctly, it is now found in my program & features. I wasn't sure what the next step would be. But i did check to see if Photo Gallery would work, but i received these errors which i have attached. I also attempted to download the file that was needed which i chose the first one, but after reading the details and OS requirement i was unsure if it.

How to turn off Windows 10 Photo App?

I suggest you to set the photo gallery as default app and check if it helps. You may follow the steps below.

• 
  Go to settings select System.
  
• 
  Click on default app and select defaults by app.
  
• 
  Now select Photo gallery as default app.
