Windows 10: Is there any way to stop seeing every notification that happened while computer was sleep?

Every time I wake up my monitor (because I only put my monitor to sleep, no the computer) I have a parade of notifications coming one after the other.

I have to watch the notification of every single slack message I received (and I already replied from another computer), then every other notification from other apps. Some times I have to wait minutes for them to finish.

Is there any way to stop this?

Yeah, thats not a solution she is interested in......I've suggested that course of action. Thanks though.

Just to clarify, I feel that there MUST be a step, or series of steps to turn off JUST the wireless notification sound. Thats what Im driving @ here.

 

Any way to stop showing notifications for: "this installation is forbidden by system policy"

1. It doesn't happen during a particular activity, my guess its that i get it when windows checks for updates.

2. Couldn't find any troubleshooting steps regarding a way to dissable notifications for a driver that is not allowed to be installed by microsoft update.

 

Cannot get notifications to work

Hello,

Awhile back notifications suddenly stopped working, I can't remember if it was after an update.

Under Settings > System > Notification & actions. I have "Get notification from apps and other senders" enabled and have toggled the switch to on under the app list. Still nothing.

Bit of googling founda suggestion to run the SFC, while it did find and repair files, notifications still do not work.

Any ideas?
