    Is this a virus? How can I fix this?


    So whenever I use the windows start button or notification panel, the settings etc. I get this white outlined navigation box that keeps on going up on its own, whenever I navigate with arrows down, It opposes and always goes to the top. When I click, I need to double or triple click to open something. When I type at the start menu, it goes to the bottom and navigates to all the things in there to the top. Its only in these notification panel and settings. I cant really explain it so I dont know what to look for, now I just tried to take a screenshot and pasted it in paint, but the image was se

    i think me computer has a virus when i start it up there are no short cuts or task bar( thing with the start button) any suggestions on how to fix it? thanxs

    Programs not working

    In post 26 there were steps listed to fix the operating system corruption.
    Are you able to follow them?
    In post 29 was the suggested dism repair command.

    Virus and Threat Protection menu isn't working, can't reset pc to fix it.: I can't access my virus and threat protection menu within windows security, and when I open it it says I need to contact the IT help desk to solve it. I can't reset my pc either, since it says I need a recovery drive with windows on it, even though I already have one....

    How to fix open Virus & threat protection, error "Your IT administrator has limited access...: i tried the setup.exe thing still doesnt ... work... i dont have access to gpedit.msc as well same with Device Manager...... even though im using the Administrator account .. i have Local account too... when i switch to it then everything opens... only tis Virus and Threat...

I used Dcontrol and disabled my windows defender in different ways but now my Virus Protection module within windows defender is completely broken. Trying to fix it gives errors...
