Windows 10: Is Version 1903 unstable now?

I still have Version 1903, am am starting to see strange things start to happen. One time when I clicked on Hibernate to hibernate the laptop, it shut down instead. Also, When I have multiple windows open including File Explorer, I can't actually view File Explorer unless I either close or minimize everything else. I can hover the pointer over the icon at the bottom of the screen and see the little pop-up version of it, but when I click that pop-up, it simply disappears.

With multiple problems like this cropping up shortly after version 1909 came out, I'm starting to wonder if 1909 was the answer to problems 1903 was having and maybe I should upgrade to 1909, even though I've been perfectly happy with 1903 and didn't have any problems with it until the past week.

Apps Unstabled With Latest Update 1903

Greetings Microsoft.

I recently installed latest update 1903 to Windows 10. The apps are a bit unstable with this version. For example, i use Instagram, Facebook and Messenger App. Everytime i scroll on the apps. Rather than scroll down, it takes me back up. I notice
loading issues with them, too. I never had any issues until this update. Also, not mention, these apps are outdated as well. Microsoft needs to get in touch with Facebook for an update to these apps for Windows 10 1903.

 

Apps Unstabled With Latest Update 1903

I tried what you suggested. The issue is not resolved. The apps are still unstabled. The apps i mentioned above need a major update to be compatible with the latest version of Windows 10. I didn't experience any issues with these apps until the Windows 10
update 1903.

i cannot load version 1903. after 15 times trying I give up. Any suggestions as to how to accomplish this task?
