Windows 10: Is W10 1903 stable enough to replace 1809?

Intel support advised me that I may have to (re)install Windows because of a problem between Windows and Intel's latest Intel video drivers for my chipset. I am using now 1809 and it was very stable for me, so I am asking if there are any issues with 1903. With either version I would not be updating, but installing fresh from ISO.

1809 is stable..

I've found it equally as stable as an upgrade. My System One below started with OEM W7 and has been through every upgrade since W10 was launched, up to and including 1809.

 

how to upgrade window 7 to window 10 using 1903 media creation tool. can i do it or i have to wait till late may 2019

You might need to buy a Windows 10 license but it depends if the spec. for your device is compatible with Windows 10. If it is, I suggest you install 1809. 1903 will be out in late May. Plus, I wait for maybe a month or later before moving up to 1903, since
there could be bugs in 1903. Wait till 1903 is stable.

Version 1903 does seem to be very much more stable than 1809, there are very few users have reported any problems with 1903 here on Community . . .

I have upgraded 1903 on my 3 laptops today (all of varying capabilities) and honestly all 3 are running much smoother than on 1809 and any problems I had with 1809 are now gone on all 3 laptops . .
