Windows 10: Is Win10 21H2 or other versions able to work well with Intel Core 12th cpu e.g. i7-12700H?

As described in title, considering the design of Hybrid architectures or the existance of Thread Director.Some public experiments shows that Win10 will always use E-cores while using some softwares, is that true?I've noticed doc here:windows-10-21h2-supported-intel-processors say Win10 21H2 supports i7-12700, which has P-core and E-core, does this mean Win10 21H2 can deal with the Hybrid architectures and communicate with Thread Director, or just mean Win10 21H2 can install and run on this cpu?Thanks.

intel core i7 and AMD drivers?

my intel i7 should have drivers that are intel. correct?

so I looked in device manager

pci bus states AMD and the processor states intel core i7 cpu

how do I get the pci bus to intel? or is this normal ??

I would sell the Motherboard, CPU and RAM you have and grab something... newer.
I can make cheaper modern builds.
I'd just hate to see you get stuck with hardware that won't be able to be sold, when the time comes.

IF you were planning to put the 5930K in your current motherboard... it's not compatible.
PCpartpicker doesn't show ANY 5930K for sale at ANY price. And they list all the major retailers.
