Windows 10: is windows 10 actioly a virus?

I have win 10

mobo b360pro

intel uhd620

8gb ram


I did install win 10 on my pc

first 1 day it was fine

I play most my time game warframe

I had 25-40 ping in game and tomorrow... wiat what?!!! my ping go to 400-750 whn I was host or I was try to connect other people

after searchin awhile in my pc found the answear

windows 10 use my interneet in background to update it self

I remember I idid 1000 time disable update from services and I removed every thing in

Task Scheduler

but as u know windows 10 has a ability that I seen it before from a virus mean it can an have capable to start itself and rwuin every thing im doing

so real question is how shloud I disable somethin that cuse ruine my time an play an how to shut it down fo god sake

2- ishouls say asfter every thing I done windows could succesfuly update itself and right after that my fps n game drop from 60 to 30 in random time like 4sec cycle or 5 sec

anyone have idea how should I deal with it?
