Windows 10: Is "You can't login right now, use a old passwort" a normal : Wrong passwort massage" for...

usualy login with the draw on screan code. what stopped working... well it loads one sec and then stops again. So I tryed to login with the passwort that is linked with the microsoft email-account I use. what did nothing. On Microsoft it worked. So I changed it and got with the new one the same massage. So am I'm wrong or can I be pissed at Microsoft that I can't use my PC for anything. Mainly because ITS A RQUIREMENT to use a passwort what I do not need. Nobody gone steel my Paintings you..(?.!..

After upgrade from Windows 7 to 10: Passwort suddenly required

Hello,

a friend upgraded from Windows 7 to 10. He never used a passwort with Windows 7. After that upgarde a passwort is required. BUT which one and why? He can't work anymore.

I navigated to the folder and get the message

"You are not able not make changes to this folder"

(even as admin)

remember I use WinEdu so my University probably did some restrictions.

Sign-in option I could open after reboot.

I also tried to use TrueKey but it says the passwort I put in is not my windows passwort. But with this this passwort I could login here.

Is there any possibility temporarly switch off any restrictions to access my computer. I am really afraid I cannot login soon anymore.
