Windows 10: iso file downloading fails at 98%

Hello, I have a problem with downloading Windows 10 Pro .ISO file. I tried to download it two times but every time media creation tool exits suddenly when it gets 98% without any error message or something! and the process in task manager is killed automatically, any help?

Thanks for the advice. Unfortunately, the power interruption seems to have occurred at a critical point in the reinstall process. There are no checkpoints and the Reset option fails.

I'm also at a loss on downloading the ISO file as my only other computer right now is a MAC and I can't seem to get the ISO file to download to a USB; the download repeatedly fails. I can download the ISO file to my MAC hard drive but then I cannot copy
it to a USB as I get the error message that the file is too large for the format.

Any other suggestions?

Windows 10 update to version 16299 - Fails to restart to apply updates - error code: 0x80070032

Before I download the 4.5GB ISO again, how is this any different from when I downloaded the ISO previously and it failed to install. I have already downloaded the ISO. I have already used the Media Creation tool to create an ISO. Both failled to install.
I have already used that same created ISO based on my build specs to healthcheck and restore corrupted files with DISM. That was successful but all attempts to install the update still failed.
