Can someone direct me to the ISO file for version 1809. Have window issues listed in previous post.

Links keep bringing me to the media creation tool, I assume that this is a different tool than the ISO file or is the ISO file built into the media creation tool ??. Want to restore my current version of win10, 1809 without losing apps and data. That and keep getting version for 1903, not 1809 version.

I do have the update pending to go to version 1903, so with issues having should go to the new version then run the iso file for version 1093.

Issues are listed in previous post and summarized here :.

Malware and anti virus scans show not infected.

Printer will not print, cam will not go on locally only thru a website, system restore did not complete, error 0x81000204, excel files in 1 folder corrupt could not fix, phone will not connect to pc as a external drive.

Ran chkdsk r complete now when boot up each time wants to ch dsk for errors, Dsim to restore health ran 12.5 % with msg that the wof driver encountered a corruption in the compressed files resource tables Log was created.

Rand sfc scannwow only ran 30% with msg windows resource protection could not perform the requested operation.

    :)

    Need ISO maker

Um, feel free to correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't UDF the DVD format?

"The name ISO is taken from the ISO 9660 file system used with CD-ROM media, but an ISO image might also contain a UDF file system."

    Error when mounting ISO files

    Hi,

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

I understand when you are trying to delete/rename/move the ISO files after mounting it you get an error message. It could be possible that the ISO file is mounted and that is the reason you are unable to modify it.

I suggest you to eject the ISO file and then try to modify it. Please follow the steps mentioned below:

    1. Press Windows key + E, to open
      File Explorer
      .
    2. Click on This PC on the left pane, you will find the mounted ISO file.
    3. Right click on the ISO file and click on Eject. Try modifying the ISO file now.

Please reply with the status of the issue, we will be glad to help you further.

    Regards,

question about installing 1903 based MCT ISO file: I downloaded the 1903 ISO. So my question is, if I ever need to re-install, and use my Windows 7 64 bit Pro key (which I know works), will this automatically give me Windows 10 64 bit Pro? Or do I need to download a specific ISO? Thanks! 137293
