Windows 10: Issue Duplicating Screen

Hello,


We connect our computer to our TV so we can show videos on it. Recently we bought a new computer and with that we have been experiencing some issues . We connect the PC to the TV through a VGA to HDMI adapter. We can extend the screens to make the TV act like a second monitor but we cannot duplicate them. Whenever we try and duplicate using win + p the TV turns black and the resolution on the main changes. What should we do ?

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

Cannot Duplicate Display / Screen

I am a Surgeon. During years I have been using 2 displays duplicating the screens to show details of the operations to my patients. Recently, after a Windows 10 update I cannot any longer duplicate the Displays / Screens.

I have searched online for the solutions and everywhere it says about drivers. I have update all drivers, I have used the intel updating driver tool, I have followed all the steps suggested by Microsoft, and I cannot duplicate the displays / screens yet.

I will appreciate a Step by Step guided solution. 2 displays / screens are essential for my job as a Surgeon.
