issue in window update KB4562900

after installing of window update i am facing a lot of issue in laptop as per best knowledge

when i am giving refresh command

sometimes white screen appears and sometimes icons on desktop doesn't appear for a minute or two

sometimes task manager doesn't responding

yesterday hp support assistant not responding and it is showing that windows is not responding

also sometimes blue screen appears when doing refresh command


another issue if i restart the pc it is showing getting windows ready don't turn off the computer


i submitted the feedback to Microsoft as high severity by using feedback hub

Definitely not an issue with the Windows Servers as I just re-installed yesterday and got all my updates.

It works, but I still need to fix it so that way I dont have to plug computers directly to the modem to get windows update to work. It was also blocking me from installing directx.

If your wireless router has a built in firewall maybe it's somehow set to block the ports that Windows updates use?

I'd also suggest if it works with it being directly connected then you could try resetting your router to see if this fixes the issue.
