Windows 10: Issue loading symbols?

Hi Guys!

Small question, i am trying to help a friend out with some BSOD he is having ( im pretty noob at this). When i ever i load is dumpfile into windb i get the following line




*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for win32k.sys
Does it really mean that my symbol are not configured? I have followed the instructions found in the HOW TO

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

Virus and malware could be one of the possible reasons why you're having trouble with symbols on your keyboard. To isolate the issue, we'd like to ask you a few questions:

• Have you made any recent changes to your device before the issue started?
  
• Did you encounter any error messages while typing the symbols?
• Can you tell us the troubleshooting steps that you've performed?

Meanwhile, we suggest scanning your device using an antivirus program and see if it's infected by a virus.

MSI 5870 BIOS Update

Still can't reproduce. Could you please post the exact BIOSes that produce the issue?
