Windows 10: Issue printing pictures Windows 10

I have a user running Windows 10 build 19043 and can't print pictures. From file explorer, she selects multiple pictures, right-click then Print. This opens the Print Pictures app old photo viewer. when she selects a printer that we installed, it errors saying there was a problem printing your picture. Error will be attached. This was a fresh reset of Windows 10 and Photos is the default viewer. She can open Photos and select multiple from there to print, but its a bit more cumbersome to do. I have re-installed the printers multiple times from Printix and that hasn't worked. I also i

Pictures won't print

Hello,

To print a photo, you may use the Photos app. Follow these steps:

• Open the Photos app and then click on the picture.
• Click the 3 dots icon and then choose Print.
