Windows 10: Issue Redeeming Warranty

Hi. I am having many hardware and software issues with my Razer Laptop 15" Blade 2019. I already contact Razer but I am out of warranty and contacted PerformanceGuard and have not received any reply.My laptop is unable to run unless plugged in and when it is on it generates a lot of heat the battery is now expanded. It is now so hot that I burn myself typing on the keyboard. It also has a flickering display issue.I have purchased the 2yr extended warranty AMT PG ADH 2YR+ $1950 ConBus with the laptop In-store in February 2020. I have been in contact with Razer and Microsoft since December a

I'm from Romania, Europe, don't know if my language will be available but i don't want it in my language, i want it in english.

I've done both Online and Windows 10 steps from the link, but still the same error:
