    ive updated my pc to this version but none of the apps are working, it shows the app is updating even if the app is already updated. this issue is with other apps too issue regarding update of apps d56f59a3-06fc-4f22-8f6e-45215b1008ae?upload=true.png

    Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.

  3. WINDOWS 10 issue regarding the apps and also with the USB devices

    Hello Annie,

    I understand the difficulty when things won’t work the way they should.
    I will be glad to assist you with the issue you are experiencing with the computer.

    As per the description, I suspect it could be a hardware issue regarding the USB device in your computer. Because even after performing all the steps with no avail and still experiencing the USB device issue this could also be a hardware issue. I also
    suggest you to contact your manufacturer and check if it helps you.

    Regarding the apps issue, We appreciate your efforts in trying to troubleshoot the issue. Since you have tried many troubleshooting steps with no avail I suggest you to
    reset your system and then try to update and check if it helps.

    Reset this PC by
    Keep my files option. While performing reset ensure to select
    Keep my files. It will do the following,


    • Reinstalls Windows 10 and keeps your personal files.

    • Removes apps and drivers you installed.

    • Removes changes you made to settings.

    • Removes any apps your PC manufacturer installed. (If your PC came with Windows 10, apps from your PC manufacturer will be reinstalled.)
    To Reset you’re PC,

    * On your login screen, hold Shift button,
    then right click on Power button and select
    Restart

    * Select Troubleshoot> Reset this PC > Keep my files.

    That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

    At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
