Windows 10: Issue with Booting

hello I have noticed lately one weird problem o my pc sometimes when I boot it and start windows everything feels fast and snappy but the problem is following , mostly I have built my rig for gaming the system itsel is running on samsung 970 plus nvme and without a doubt its blazing fast but the system feels slower than usual I checked and benchmarked NVME drive and is in perfect working condition after I launch the game runs games with considerable lower FPS than usual , after quick restart everything just fixes itself and PC is as smooth as it used to be can u advice me at least to analyse the problem in a right direcation I have latest Drivers, Bios Currently my PC specs are


CPU: Ryzen 5 3600x

GPU: Gigabyte GTX1070Ti

Ram: GSkill 16 Gb 3600 Mhz with 16 CL

Storage: system NVME 970 Plus, For games Sata3 samsung 860

System Windows 10 proRetail


at first glance I thought it was fault NVME ran a lot of stress tests and it works fine, also with graphics card, tested MOBO with latest Bios everything works as it supposed to No overclocking or anything just with stock speeds, CPU benchmarks are as intended running with latest chipset drivers the fact that confuses me most is that after restart its fixs itself I was hoping perhaps u have specialty in the case to direct me in correct direction ?


So finally I think its a windows issue but whats causing it I have no idea

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

laptop doesnt boot automatically

This is what happened.

1. Did a repair install and later disabled hibertnate in CMD.
2. Enabled legacy option ROM in BIOS.
3. After a few times startup ( i used the system in such mode for 5 days), changed boot option back to default.
4. Vola!! It boots automatically to win10 without any keypress. Tested it with many starts to confirm the same.
5. Re-enabled hibernate option using CMD and later selected Fast Startup.
6. System booted normally, without the need for any keypress.

I do not know exactly whether such steps resolved the problem or what else happened, hence cannot suggest above steps.
