Windows 10: Issue With Computer Freezing

when using my computer it will seem to randomly freeze and not respond for about 30 seconds to a minute, at first I thought it was google chrome making my computer freeze as it would always say "waiting for cache" and then it would freeze. I did more digging and found this error report?

I have quite a custom pc that I built myself and this issue only seemed to start when I upgraded a few components, GPU, power supply and I moved from an SDD to SSD.


I am trying to sell my computer but I can't do that till I find the problem and fix it
