Windows 10: Issue with my product - WINHTTP.dll error

Hi folks


I have a Security product installed on Windows 10 and that product uses Winhttp library. After some windows update later last month i saw the WINHTTP.dll with version 6.3.9600.19254 cash. That is Application error and .Net error. Because of this my application crashes and restarts by itself.

Please advise based on below screenshots. I tried to reinstall the application, did windows update , even roll back update , used registry cleaner to free up the corrupted winhttp.dll. NO luck same issue.

Step 1: As a workaround, I suggest you to download and install Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package and check if it resolves the issue.

Step 2: Also, I suggest you to run SFC scan and check if it helps.

Follow the below steps:

• Right click on the Start button, click on
  Command Prompt (Admin).
• Type “sfc /scannow” without the quotes and hit
  Enter.
• After the scan, restart the computer and check for the issue.
