Windows 10: Issue with Turbo Tax

Had installed Turbo Tax Home & Business, but it didn't support the form I needed to file, so I installed Turbo Tax Business version. It ran once, but now when I run it, it comes up as Home & Business version even after uninstalling Home & Business and reinstalling Business. Have done multiple uninstalls/reinstalls of all Turbo Tax versions and nothing helps. Have tried cleaning up registry iobit uninstaller and CCleaner and nothing seems to work to get it to not come back up as Home and Business, even when Business is the only installed version. Turbo Tax support has exhausted all ideas on this one. What am I missing here? Any help here? Any ideas?

Problem with turbo tax

I am trying to run Turbo Tax 2018 but it keeps crashing when saving the file. Spent an hour on the phone with Turbo Tax and they have suggested that this could be a Windows problem. Any thoughts?
