Windows 10: Issue with Xbox controller dongle

Hey everyone, I have tried, without any avail, to connect my Xbox bluetooth controller to my PC. I have recently upgraded my Pc with a new motherboard and processor. Now when I connect my wireless dongle, which is the tiny one from Microsoft, it doesn't install the driver to actually use it. I have tried a few other fixes I found on here, but nothing works. I keep getting the driver say 'Xbox ACC' and it also says 'The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)'. I have tried to update the driver as well and nothing seems to work. Please help!

Can’t connect Xbox one controller to pc
