    Issues after last update

Both my sons PC and my PC are having issues after that last windows update.

We keep randomly losing the Mapped local drives from our PC.

The most annoying thing so far is iTunes won't load because it won't connect to the library on the mapped drive.

If we try and click on that driver letter it gives us the dialog box with yadda yadda yadda about letter already in use , not re-mapped error...etc...

I've tried re-mapping and it works for a while...then they drop again...

My PC is wired , his is wireless connection , I've rebooted the modem , the switch box and both PCs.

We have no other issues on the LAN that I can see.
    *Sick

    :)

  2. Issues after last week's Windows 10 update

I own a pretty much brand new Asus Transformerbook, running Win 10. Last week, after I'd owned the thing about a week, I got a huge Win 10 update. Since then I've had a series of problems. These include not showing the lockscreen if I boot up with the book
'open' (I have to close the book when the screen turns a flat blue-grey, then open it to find everything's back to normal) and if I close the book without shutting down then on opening it's pure chaos! Desktop icons are relocated or deleted, random applications
have been opened (or minimised if they were running on full screen), even websites I've never been to are opened in multiple tabs on the Edge browser (which I don't normally use).

Are these known issues? Are there any fixes or is it possible to wind back to before the last update? Any help appreciated. Thanks in advance.
