Windows 10: Issues sharing files between Windows 11 Pro Desktop and Windows 11 Home Laptop

Hello,I have recently installed a fresh copy of windows 11 on my Desktop Pro version and on my Laptop Home Version. I have shared files on both. I am able to access files from my desktop using my laptop but cant access files from laptop using my desktop. Every time I try i get a error at credentials log in.Is anyone able to help me please?

I have a Windows 11 desktop computer set up with several shared folders. The computer is accessed using a Local account. I am trying to access the shared folders from two different computers - one works and the other does not. I have spent hours trying to find out what the difference is between the two computers but without success.

SurfacePro with Windows 11 - able to access the shared folders

Laptop with Windows 11 - unable to access shared folders

I access both SPro and Laptop using the same Microsoft account.

I then tried setting up shares on both the laptop and S/Pro.

S/Pro - able to access the share on Laptop and on Desktop

Desktop - can't access the share on S/Pro or Laptop (no user set up)

Laptop - can't access the share on S/Pro or Desktop

I suspect there's a conflict with Windows Azure (?). What I don't understand though is why the laptop (using a work account) is unable to access the desktop, while the S/Pro uses the same work account to successfully connect to the desktop.

At my wits end on what else to try.
