Windows 10: Issues signing into account on startup

whenever i try to log into my own pc, windows refuses to let me use my password as a log in, forcing me to use the one-time code to the connected safety account.i've had to reinstall windows once already because it just wouldnt let me log in.out of fear of being signed out permanently i didn't even enable windows hello this time. even if i try, windows hello gives me an "error, we could not set up a pin at this time" anyway.

You can have Windows automatically sign in to a local account or Microsoft account. It doesn't matter.

Is you account listed more than once in netplwiz? Double check to make sure that you have selected the correct account in step 3 Option 1.

The password is case sensitive, so be sure to enter it exactly for it to work properly.

• Press Windows key + R and type services.msc.
• Right-click Microsoft Account Sign-in assistant and choose
  Properties.
• In Startup type, choose Automatic then click
  OK.

Cannot sign in microsoft account.

My device: Lumia 520. GDR2.
I cannot sign in my Microsoft account on my device. It didnt say any error but Microsoft account is not listed in Email and account list. When I click add button, it will show microsoft account option but after press sign in, it is still not shown in email
and account. Another problem is i cannot delete facebook account. Error code: 0x83cf1202. I have tried as suggested here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2475837/en-us#step0x83cf1202 but as my Microsoft account is not shown, I cannot do step 6.

Any suggestion?
