Windows 10: Issues when booting Windows

HiIssue:Logging in to Windows- This takes unusually long, 5+ seconds after I have entered my password. This issue is probably connected to the second one.When it transitions to the desktop after logging in to Windows - Does not occur during the first 2-4 boots of a fresh install of Windows- The taskbar, startmenu and everything explorer.exe is in the "not responding" state. Clicking the taskbar will restart explorer.exe, sometimes it restarts successfully and I can use the OS as expected. Other times it just restarts and immediately goes into the "not responding" state infinitely. To fix this

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

 

windows 10 slow boot

I was having a slow boot issue on my Windows 7 install a little while back. It would take about 30 - 40 extra seconds to boot up for whatever reason.

I would try following these steps, while this didn't solve my issue, it did increase Read/Write to where it should be.

In the end, I had to reinstall my Windows 7 entirely to fix the booting issue. It was taking around 35 seconds to boot, and after the fresh install it takes about 7 seconds to boot.
