Windows 10: Issues with getting sea of theives

So my friends got sea of thieves, and they told me an easy way to do it is by getting xbox ultimate, So i got a gift card, and i got the ultimate pass. However, I can't get sea of thieves for free. It just still tells me to get an xbox ultimate subscription. I've tried to restart my computer and other stuff, but I don't know what to do.

Cannot download Sea of Theives

I currently have Xbox Game Pass and Xbox Live Gold and when I go to Sea of Theieves in the store, it say Write a Review. There is no install option. How can I download and install the game? also you guys charged me twice for my xbox game pass if I could
get a refund please and thank you!

 

I cannot download Sea of Thieves on PC from microsoft store.

Sorry for the delayed response. We identified this issue regards downloading Sea of Thieves from Windows Store App and we still working on it to fix the problem. As a workaround, we suggest following the steps below:

• Cancel all existing download on the Store app.
• Start the download of Sea of Thieves once again.
• As soon as the download starts, immediately restart the computer.
  
• After the reboot, do not launch the Store app instead wait for the passive download which you can check in the Action Center. Then it will automatically install by itself and then open the game without any issues.

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
