  1. Issues with half a screen not being able to be clicked. Windows 10

    Hello Everyone.

I'm the "computer savvy" of the company I work in, let's call it "IT guy". Recently, I started observing that people with 2 screens monitors were having the same issue: they cannot click the right half of the right screen. I solve this by changing the resolution and reverting the change. But they are too many people working at the same time and I cannot be there to solve each one of them every time they encounter the problem, which seems to appear randomly.

Today, to my surprise, this issue happened in a computer with a single screen. This one has a lower resolution since the person that uses it needs to see bigger items on screen, and in this case, more than half of the screen wasn't clickable. I almost had problems trying to find the space in the desktop to right-click and go to resolution settings.

I would like to hear that Microsoft is aware of this issue, because it IS a big issue. Imagine a computer that can't be used as it is partially click-blocked.

I can't reproduce the problem and there is no reason for it to appear. I just can say that so far, I believe it starts once each time the computer is started.

Have you guys encounter this issue? All these computers have updates activated, and integrated or dedicated graphic cards, depending on the computer.

I need Microsoft to be aware of this problem as soon as possible and what they will do about it.

Community-wise, I would like to know your similar recent experiences.

    Thank you everyone.

    :)

  2. Ahhzz Win User

    Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK
