Windows 10: Issues with Installing Drivers and Crashing

Hi, I recently built my first pc and have been trying to finish up some basic driver updates to the device. When checking my devices and printers app to see what drivers I may be missing, it lists that I do not have a network controller, I2C, or HID button over interrupt driver. When running a diagnostic to troubleshoot it, I am met with a code 28 error for the network controller, a code 31 error for the HID button driver, and no error code for the I2C driver yet still does not install anything. I also experience consistent crashing to a clock_watchdog_timeout error after roughly 5 minutes po

If you having an issue installing a driver that worked before you formatted or wont install on a fresh build, sometimes this means hardware damage

i dont think anyone here understands what your asking either when its nearly a 90% english dominated Tech forum.
Step 1
reinstall windows from scratch
Step 2
install all drivers from the cd that came with the god damn motherboard *common sense*
Step 3
update windows
Step 4
install misc etc crap like flash java etc etc
Step 5
Install GPU drivers
Step 6
go back to using your pc without issue.

W1zzard is asking you to test so that he can suggest next steps and be able to troubleshoot the issue you have.
If another version works, it would be one set of steps.
If several other versions also fail/crash, then it would be another.
