Windows 10: Issues with my laptop's startup settings

Please, while trying to disable the "drivers signature enforcement" on my laptop through the startup settings section. Immediately I clicked on restart, that dialog that is suppose to show me options, including the option to disable the drivers signature enforcement will just suddenly exit on it own, and the Pc will just move on to restart.

My pc is currently running on windows10 pro. Hp 15 notebook

Can't get GPU-Z to start with Windows 8.1 startup

I'm not sure how to do that. Could you list the steps for a noob?

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
