Windows 10: Issues with the drivers for an RTX 2060 Super

(I am running Windows 10 in a KVM with the GPU passed through)

I have tried to get my RTX 2060 Super working in Windows 10 however every time I try to install the drivers, I am left with an exclamation mark next to the display adapter, as well as an error code 43 for the device.

So far, I've tried letting Windows install the drivers for me, and then (after it not working) I tried to install the latest drivers from Nvidia's website, however both times it left me with a non functional card.

I'm not sure if this is an issue with my VM or if this is a Windows issue, as I am not very experienced in Windows (specifically in its drivers).

I can post more information if it is needed.
