    Issues with the multi keyboard languages in Windows 10. Two Hebrew keyboards appear.


    Hi,

    I'm using Windows 10 in English to write in 3 languages - English, Russian and Hebrew, with the standard US and Hebrew keyboards.
    Recently a forth keyboard appeared - the Hebrew US keyboard.

    I cannot remove this keyboard, however, as it doesn't appear on the language options:

    It makes switching keyboard very uneasy. Even when I see Hebrew US keyboard selected it really types English letters.

    Can somebody help, how to remove this uninvited guest?

    Hi,

    I'm using Windows 10 in English to write in 2 languages - English and Hebrew, with the standard US and hebrew keyboards. Occasionally, a third keyboard appears - the UK English keyboard, which is a little different than the US one. I cannot remove this keyboard,
    however, as it doesn't appear on the language options:

    Hi Nitzan,

    This might be if you have enabled the UK (English) language in the Control Panel.

    Provide us with the below details for better clarity on the issue.

    Did you check whether the UK keyboard is listed in the Control Panel in the Language settings?

    Follow the below steps for the same and check if it helps.

    • Press Windows + X keys on the keyboard, select Control panel.
    • Type Language in the search bar located at the top right corner of the control panel.
    • Click on Language from the search bar results.
    • Check whether you are able to see the UK language keyboard layout, if you are able to see then select it and click on
      remove.

    Hebrew-QWERTY keyboard layout

    Are you sure you are using the right keyboard?

    Go to Settings>Time & Language> Region & language>under languages, if Hebrew is not shown, then click add languages, choose Hebrew, and download your preferred keyboard.

    P.s. Not sure if this will help, as i don't know how a Hebrew keyboard is supposed to work in windows
