Windows 10: Issues with two finger Zoom and Pinch on Paint 3D - Windows 10

I hope someone can assist me with a very unique technical issue - my daughter loves to draw on Paint 3D on her laptop which has a touchscreen. Many months ago, the Zoom and Pinch functionality using two fingers became problematic right after a Windows update, so I reverted back to the build just before the update and Paint 3D's Zoom and Pinch two finger functionality was working perfectly again. The issue isn't that it doesn't work, the issue is that it works one out of every 5 or so attempts. Everything else works fine, it's just the pinch and zoom issue. Thanks for your reply but there is no pinch zoom option for my windows 10 surface pro 5th edition, or at least going through your steps I can't find it. Any other suggestions would be great.

Pinch Zoom Not Working on Windows 10

I just bought an Acer Aspire E5-573 and I have found the pinch zoom does not work. The three finger swipe and two finger scrolling work fine, and I've tried disabling and enabling pinch zoom in settings but this has not fixed it. Can someone help please?
I find the pinch zoom feature really useful.

 

Permanently disable Pinch Zoom in Windows 10

As your concern is about disabling the Pinch option try the below and check if it helps.

Steps:

• Press Windows + X, click on Control Panel.
• Click on Mouse, click Device Settings Tab.
• Click Settings button.
• Under Scrolling, click on Pinch Zoom.
• Uncheck the option Enable Pinch Zoom.
• Click Apply and click Ok
