It looks like we don't support this file format

I am copying some photos (jpg format) from one flash drive to another, and I am running into some problems.

    1. Sometimes for a particular file, I'll get the error message "Error 0x80070022: The wrong diskette is in the drive."

    2. Less commonly, It says there isn't enough memory to complete the operation (which is patently false as the new drive has 900 GB of space.)

    3. Even when files get copied to the new drive, in most cases when I try to view them on the new flash drive, the thumbnails are generic (instead of being tiny versions of the photos), and Photos tells me "It looks like we don't support this file format." However, I can still view the exact same photos normally on the original flash drive, even with Photos. I'm having similar problems with videos (mp4 format).

In some cases, after I copied the files over, I could view them on the new drive; then several hours later, I could not.

    OS is Windows 10.

    :)

  2. Error message: It looks like we don't support this file format.

Error message: It looks like we don't support this file format. I have opened downloaded photos from my Samsung Gallery for years, and now I get this error message on the files I downloaded on my pc today. It is a jpeg file, so nothing different.
Do you have any suggestions as to how I can get these files to open?
