Windows 10: iTunes on Windows 11 is broken

iTunes for windows does not playback films or tv shows stream or downloaded it just crashes.I've attempted these fixes:- Updated Windows- Updated drivers- Completely removed iTunes- Reinstalled iTunes from both the Microsoft store and apple website.- Disabled firewall / antivirus. Still didn't work.- Manually added iTunes to firewall to allow it. No effect.Any solutions on how to resolve this? The app is broken.

iTunes won't connect to my iTunes Media directory

1. Uninstall iTunes completely. (I suggest using Geek Uninstaller. In my experience this does a good job of clearing remnants.)
2. Download and install latest iTunes from Apple, not Windows Store (Never use the Windows Store for iTunes.)
3. Check whether the Apple version allows you to point to your old media store.
